The album cover design for Dave McDonnell’s 5th World was largely inspired by 1960s sci-fi book covers and Frank Herbert’s Dune. Musician Dave McDonnell envisioned a whole narrative for the album which included a Temple of the Solar Emperor, event horizons, ancient dwellings, space crafts, and satellites. The album is released on the Invisible Library Music label and is available via bandcamp.
