We Ride for Her

We Ride for Her is a documentary short film about the motorcycle ride to end the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women and relatives (MMIW.) MMIW cases are widely unreported however, about 5,500 cases are filed each year. The film aims to shed light on the epidemic and tells the story of the brave women who ride in honor of their loved ones and communities.

Lower thirds and interstitials were created for the film to identify main figures, speakers, and locations. Flyers for the missing sisters, mothers, and daughters were collaged with hand-drawn animated forms into a montage sequence. To learn more about the film visit: https://www.werideforher.com/
